Madridulce
Madridulce was born to talk about desserts, sweets, products, people.
It was born to underline the quality of sweet gastronomy in Madrid.
And in its first edition, it brings together five hundred-year-old pastry shops such as El pozo, Casa Mira, El Riojano, La Mallorquina and La Duquesita, which bring more than 780 years of history to the city. In addition, coinciding with the San Isidro festivities, they created five special editions of the traditional rosquillas on May 13, 14 and 15. El Pozo presented the violet donut; Casa Mira presented its donuts with nougat coating; El Riojano started from the classic version and made an arbutus donut; La Mallorquina, a raspberry donut and La Duquesita made some pistachio and salt donuts.
