Madridulce

Madridulce was created two years ago to celebrate the sweet gastronomy of Madrid.
In its first edition, it brought together five century-old pastry shops—El Pozo, Casa Mira, El Riojano, La Mallorquina, and La Duquesita—with over 780 years of history, creating an emotional and sweet circuit in San Isidro. Each of these historic pastry shops crafted a special doughnut with unique flavors such as violets, nougat, madroño, raspberry, and pistachio with salt.
In its second year, the event kept the same format, and for the first time, the century-old pastry shops created doughnuts with kid-friendly flavors: chocolate, lollipop, marshmallow, and petazetas (a type of candy that fizzes in the mouth).
